About Us

Pineville Child Development Center, Inc. (PCDC, Inc.) is licensed by the PA Department of Public Welfare and is inspected and certified by the Department of Labor and Industry Fire Safety Division

Pineville is designed to support, nurture and enhance all areas of children's development. All children are regarded as individuals of equal worth and value who come to the center at their own developmental level. PCDC, Inc. provides services, admissions and employment without regard to race, color, religious creed, ancestry, sex, handicap, and or natural origin. With a family atmosphere, the center provides opportunities for children to begin developing:

PCDC, Inc. has an open door policy, where families are welcomed as observers and contributors to the program. Daily communication between parent and teacher and parent/teacher conferences help support.

Pineville Child Development center welcomes all children and is dedicated in providing developmentally appropriate learning environments that help support and facilitate the success of each and every child.

Every child is unique and we will partner with children’s families and supportive professionals that are involved in the reinforcement that each child needs to succeed at their full potential. Each educator at Pineville Child Development Center strives to implement developmentally appropriate practices and considers all ways that children can learn.

Staff make adaptations and modifications when needed to help meet the needs of each one of the students. Each classroom has flexible schedules and activities to be able to work with outside therapists, special educators and other professionals. Staff will implement the goals of individual children into their curriculum activities to help strengthen those skills. All children will and are treated as equally and fairly as the others when enrolled at PCDC.
